The value of the program is supported by its personalized and forward-thinking application. Every undergrad is assigned a CARE Team composed of an academic advisor, a career coach, and a financial counselor. Together, they provide consistent, coordinated support from enrollment through graduation.

Building Productive Panthers:

• Dedicated counselors guide students through course planning, internship connections, resume building, and job readiness training.
• Counselors help students understand financial aid, manage billing, and build lifelong financial literacy.
• Powered by Panther Navigate, faculty and staff can monitor progress, spot risk factors, and intervene early.
• Beginning Fall 2025, faculty mentors joined CARE Teams to provide additional depth in academic and professional growth.

Students will benefit from stability, accountability, and proactive guidance, ensuring no Panther falls through the cracks.
