PHILADELPHIA, May 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pursuant to the May 20, 2014 Order Dissolving Interstate General Media Holdings, LLC and Appointing Trustee (the "Order") in the Delaware Court of Chancery Civil Action captioned In re Interstate General Media Holdings, LLC, C.A. No. 9221-VCP, the Trustee hereby announces as follows:
- The Intertrust Group is the Prevailing Group.
- The Prevailing Bid reflected an aggregate Purchase Price for IGM, including outstanding indebtedness as certified by IGM, of $88 million.
