Sanjay B. Shah Joins Hyde Engineering + Consulting As VP Of Engineering & Technology, Asia Pacific
AHMEDABAD, India, May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyde Engineering + Consulting (Hyde) announced today that Sanjay B. Shah has joined the company as VP of Engineering & Technology, Asia Pacific based out of Hyde's new office location in Ahmedabad, India. Sanjay will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy to strengthen and grow Hyde's pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical engineering capabilities in the Asia-Pacific market.
Sanjay has over 19 years of industry experience with leading multinational pharmaceutical companies in both India and the US. Most recently Sanjay headed the Process Engineering Department as Vice President at Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prior to that he was the head of Biologics Operations at Syngene International, and at Dr. Reddy's Labs where he supported the biosimilar operations responsible for setting up the Process Engineering Department.
Prior to returning to India, Sanjay spent 14 years in the US; last five years at ImClone Systems (subsidiary of Eli Lilly & Co.) in Branchburg, New Jersey as Associate Director where he supported large scale clinical and commercial biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Prior to that Sanjay worked at Amgen and Aker Solutions, where he supported the design & engineering of a large scale commercial BioPharma facility in Rhode Island.
