SANTA CRUZ, Calif., Aug. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Santa Cruz County Bank (OTCQB: SCZC) announced today the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable October 10, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 27, 2013. This is the second cash dividend declared by theBank. The Bank's first cash dividend was paid July 10, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2013.
