Two of the new hires, Connor Smith and Tom Woods come to Stellar Solar from a national competitor known more for their lease options and aggressive sales tactics. Both were seeking to stay in the industry yet with a more respected, locally owned and operated solar company that they felt comfortable representing. The third new hire, Tai Navares joins Stellar from a local solar installer and prior to that worked for another large national solar organization.
