Sysmex America and Medica Corporation Announce Distribution Partnership

MUNDELEIN, Ill., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Sysmex America, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of medical diagnostic instrumentation and information systems, today announced a partnership agreement with Medica Corporation for the exclusive distribution of the EasyCell® assistant to laboratories in North America, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Columbia. Sysmex America will be responsible for instrument sales, marketing and service support.  The EasyCell® assistant is an automated cell image analysis instrument used by hematologists and clinical laboratory technologists to perform white blood cell differentials, platelet estimates and red blood cell morphology.
