LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sysmex America, Inc. announced today that Ralph Taylor, executive vice president, Sysmex America, Inc., will have an expanded role in growing the Latin America region for Sysmex. Taylor will also be responsible with building Sysmex America's clinical flow cytometry business into the North American and Latin American territories.
According to John Kershaw, president and chief executive officer, Sysmex America, Inc., Taylor's new focus is the result of recent expansion of the company's user base and anticipation of growth in the years to come.

Taylor holds a graduate management degree from South Bank University, London and an undergraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Paddington College, London. He has worked with Sysmex in an executive vice president capacity since 2007 and spent 11 years as vice president of strategy at Beckman Coulter.
