In surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm focused on organizational health, Sysmex achieved high national standards for its overall culture and levels of employee engagement. Its rating as a top performer was based largely on employee opinions. According to survey results, Sysmex America's employees feel more connected to the business compared to a benchmark comprised of 15 similarly-sized companies in the Diagnostics, Imaging and Laboratories sector. They also feel more confident in the direction of the company and involved and appreciated in the execution of it business goals versus peer organizations.
