(NYSE: SJM) today announced its Board of Directors approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $1.02 to $1.06 per common share, an increase of four percent. The next dividend will be paid on Friday, September 1, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, August 18, 2023. The Company remains committed to returning value to shareholders, as this represents the 22^nd consecutive fiscal year of dividend growth.
