The REMM Group Adds 453 Apartments to Their Southern California Multifamily Management Portfolio

TUSTIN, Calif., Jan. 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The REMM Group started 2021 by adding two new multifamily communities to their management portfolio. Paradise Gardens Apartment Homes, a 318 multifamily community in Long Beach and Towne Centre at Orange, with 135 units in Orange, California. Both joined The REMM Group on January 1st.

The REMM Group adds Paradise Gardens and Towne Center of Orange Apartment Homes to their management portfolio. The 453 apartments were added on January 1, 2021. Paradise Gardens has 318 of the units in Long Beach. Towne Centre in Orange has 135 units. The REMM Group is a third-party Southern California Property Management Company. The woman owned company credits their handling of the COVID 19 crisis as a key component that led to the addition of the new assets.

Towne Centre at Orange is a multifamily community that offers residents three pools with cabanas, double pane windows and covered parking with storage. Many of the apartments include newer cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
