MONTVALE, N.J., June 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Sharp Robotics Business Development (SRBD), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC), announced that U.S. Security Associates (USA), the authorized guard services reseller of the Sharp INTELLOS™ Automated Unmanned Ground Vehicle (A-UGV), will be hosting exclusive demonstration events across the United States this summer. The demonstration roadshow will begin in July and include the following cities: Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Seattle.  

The cost-effective, multi-terrain, mobile sensor platform is part of U.S. Security's industry-exclusive P3 Technology Platform ^SM and is being offered to work in conjunction with USA's highly skilled officer force to provide an additional layer of security and safety coverage. 

With immediate availability of the Sharp INTELLOS A-UGV outdoor patrol robot, USA's customers and anyone else interested in this cost-effective new technology for security, surveillance, safety and maintenance inspections can take delivery immediately. The robot can capture video, audio and environmental data, while providing a visible deterrent, all without the aid of a human driver. The INTELLOS utilizes a navigation surveillance platform to patrol predefined routes, extending the property coverage and impact of a traditional security force. Included are standard information gathering tools, plus optional observation and sensor equipment configurable to meet a customer's changing safety needs.
