IRIO, also known as the Integrated Retirement Income Optimizer, is a powerful online tool that encourages participants to contribute more to the plan — and illustrates the impact it may have on retirement income. IRIO estimates monthly income at retirement, offers options for increasing deferral rates, and illustrates the impact that deferral rate changes can have on retirement income.
