She most recently served as President and CEO of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), where she led the international nonprofit in advancing safety, security, and interoperability across 69 U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions. Her career includes Senate-confirmed service as Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and executive roles in both state government and the commercial transportation industry.
