NEW YORK, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Omnicom Group Inc.'s BBDO Worldwide and TBWA Worldwide emerged as the No. 1 and No. 2 agency networks in the 2010 Creativity Awards Report.
The report, published by Advertising Age's Creativity, tallies results from seven of the world's premier creative shows, including the ADC, AICP, Andy Awards, Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD and One Show, ranking the most award-winning agencies, networks, creative directors, production companies, marketers, and campaigns. In this year's report, three of the top five network winners were Omnicom brands. In addition to BBDO and TBWA finishing first and second, respectively, DDB placed in the fourth spot. This marked the second consecutive year BBDO has finished first.
Omnicom brands also claimed six of the top 10 agency rankings with BBDO NY, TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris, Almap BBDO, Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners being recognized.
Agency winners were tallied according to the results produced by standalone agency brands or single offices within a network. Omnicom agencies had three of the top five campaigns overall with work also recognized as No. 1 in design, integrated/innovative campaigns, and out of home. In terms of talent, Omnicom agencies had five of the top 10 creative directors, four of the top 10 creative directors and four of the top 10 copywriters.
