(NYSE: AWF), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, January 25, 2011, a monthly distribution of $0.10 per share of Common Stock, payable February 18, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 4, 2011.  Ex-date will be February 2, 2011.
