(NYSE: AWF), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, July 27, 2010, a monthly distribution of $0.10 per share of Common Stock, payable August 20, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 6, 2010.  Ex date will be August 4, 2010.
