AudioCodes (NasdaqGS: AUDC), a leading provider of converged voice solutions that enable enterprises and service providers to transition to all-IP voice networks, today announced that revenues for the second quarter of 2015 are anticipated to be lower than previously estimated. Revenues in the second quarter are expected to be 5 to 15 percent lower compared with the revenues in the first quarter of 2015.
