Aviat Wins Contract with a Midwestern U.S. State for Public Safety

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Aviat Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNW), the leading expert in microwave networking solutions, has reached an agreement to supply IP/MPLS routers, microwave radios and services to a major Midwestern U.S. state public safety agency. Together with its partners, Aviat will help the state implement end-to-end IP/MPLS transport in the network and manage it with Aviat's ProVision network management system, a leading solution for end-to-end product and service management.
