Customers polled very satisfied with overall Dialysis machine performance and services

BETHLEHEM, Pa., April 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- B. Braun Medical Inc. (B.Braun) today announced the results of its Customer Satisfaction survey(1) for its renal and dialysis customers. The survey was sent to nearly 500(2) US customers and included questions about product performance, sales response and service. An analysis of the survey found a high satisfaction rating in all categories. Key category ratings include: hemodialysis machines (87%), expertise and service quality of sales force (88%), order processing (91%) and an overall satisfaction with B.Braun (87%).(3)
