CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Belk has selected five winners from nearly 300 entrants in the retailer's third Southern Designer Showcase competition. The showcase winners listed below were announced at an event at Belk corporate headquarters.
Along with a cash prize, winners of the 2015 Southern Designer Showcase will have their collections sold in select Belk stores and on belk.com in Spring 2016. Winning collections may also be featured in upcoming advertising campaigns.

The 2015 Southern Designer Showcase kicked off in December and received nearly 300 entries. Twenty finalists were selected to present their designs to a panel of Belk executives at the company's headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Following the presentations, the five winners were selected and notified with a surprise visit from Arlene Goldstein last month.
