Beltway Crossing Business Park Welcomes Charming Charlie Inc. and Professional Packaging Systems, Inc.

HOUSTON, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Stream Realty Partners, L.P., announced today that Charming Charlie Inc. and Professional Packaging Systems, Inc. have each signed leases totaling approximately 200,000 square feet at Beltway Crossing Business Park, located in Missouri City, Texas. Charming Charlie Inc. will take on 141,440 square feet in Building Two, while Professional Packaging Systems, Inc. will operate in 58,240 square feet in Building One. Both Charming Charlie Inc. and Professional Packaging Systems, Inc. plan to be operational in the park within the next 30 days.

In the remaining vacancy, Beltway Crossing Business Park can accommodate users ranging from 24,960 square feet to 58,240 square feet in either cross-dock or front-load configurations.
