Broadridge Announces Closing of $750 Million Senior Notes Offering

NEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) ("Broadridge") today announced the closing of its offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.900% senior notes due 2029 (the "Notes").  As previously announced, Broadridge intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay the outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
