Casio Helps Users Get Organized With New, Multi-Purpose Label Printer

Fit for a variety of applications from the classroom, to the home or office, the MEP-K10 offers users faster printing, updated functionality and re-adhesive tape that will stick and re-stick for up to a year.

The MEP-K10 is a vertical, compact label maker that enables users to create and print labels on a flat surface or on the go. With a printing speed of 12.5mm/sec, Casio's MEP-K10 ensures a quick and easy process for making anything from name tags and schedules, to files and indexes to help users get and stay organized.

Casio's MEP-K10 tape is ultraviolet ray-resistant, heat-resistant and re-adhesive – meaning users can transfer or move the label cleanly and re-stick.  For example, teachers who wish to reuse folders for different projects throughout the year can change the labeled titles by easily reapplying with full adhesive. For parents, the MEP-K10 allows them to easily create labels for their children's belongings that can be applied and re-applied to whatever they take to school. The MEP-K10's tape is easy to install with three quick steps – push, open and set. By pushing the button on the top of the machine, the tape compartment will open and enable users to effortlessly install the tape inside.

Other features include larger buttons for frequently used keys including the space bar, back button and return key as well as iconized messages. All messages display icons, such as a printer for "now printing" allowing people of all languages to understand the settings. Additionally, the tape was designed without any backing paper which reduces waste.
