Casio To Exhibit At National Mathematics Conferences In Bay Area

SAN FRANCISCO, April 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Casio America, Inc., a leader and innovator in the education space, will be in San Francisco, CA for the National Council of Supervisors in Mathematics (NCSM) Leadership in Mathematics Education annual conference from April 11-13, as well as the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Conference from April 13-16. During the conferences, Casio will demonstrate new products geared for the classroom, host live interactive presentations and workshops, and show educators how actively focusing on STEAM and STEM can help unify schools' efforts in educational growth.

During the NCSM 2016 conference, mathematics supervisors will get an in-depth look at Casio's suite of educational products and are invited to attend an interactive mathematics workshop to kick off the first day of the show. On April 11^th, supervisors will be instructed on the full capabilities of the probability simulator using Casio's widely popular fx-CG10 PRIZM calculator in a fun and informative way. Additionally, Casio will teach attendees how to use the QR Code and spreadsheet functionalities on Casio's FX-991EX scientific calculator.  

NCTM 2016
At NCTM 2016, education professionals will have the chance to experience Casio's educational tools firsthand, as well as attend engaging mathematics events including interactive work stations at Casio's booth. Casio will also host an exhibitor workshop on Thursday, April 14^th where executives will showcase how the company supports complete solutions for schools including STEM and STEAM professional development, wide-ranging resources and synergistic technologies that provide school-wide benefits. Additionally, there will be giveaways of free lesson plans, calculators, keyboards and projectors, as well as a calculator face-off where attendees can compare Casio to its competitors during a live interactive presentation. In addition to these interactive demonstrations and sessions, Casio's portfolio of industry-leading calculators will be on display.
