Choice Hotels Announces Expansion of Cambria hotels & suites in Philadelphia
ROCKVILLE, Md., Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the world's largest hotel companies, announced it has signed an agreement with franchise partner Pearl Properties, a Philadelphia-based full service investment real estate company, to develop a new Cambria hotel & suites in Philadelphia, PA. The 206-room Cambria property will be located at 219-225 S. Broad Street (N.E. Corner of Broad & Locust Streets) along the Avenue of The Arts, and is expected to open in 2017. This world-class location is in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, steps from an array of dining and entertainment options, as well as numerous cultural and historic sites. The hotel will be operated by Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company, one of the nation's leading lodging management companies.
