• Improvements in Automated Data Query: Information is now displayed on a timely basis resulting in a quicker response time.

These enhancements complement the portal's existing capabilities, such as uploading a claim document or photo; viewing claim history, policy documents or auto identification cards, and managing online billing and payments.
