(NYSE: CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's regular quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of 2011 in the amount of $0.15 per share of common stock. This dividend will be payable on September 28, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 7, 2011.
Additionally, the company's Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend in the amount of $1.00 per share of common stock. This special dividend will also be payable on September 28, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 7, 2011.
