The digital-first creator will embed real-time, creator-led thinking across ACC agencies and clients
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC) announced today that creator and digital strategist Cosette Rinab has joined as its first-ever Creator-in-Residence, a newly created role designed to bring creator-first thinking to every corner of ACC's brand ecosystem.
Rinab, who has built a loyal and engaged following across TikTok (2.2M+), Instagram (169K+), Snapchat (239k+), and YouTube (35k+), will serve as a cultural strategist and creative collaborator embedded within ACC's Advisory consultancy and serving the full agency network. Her responsibilities include helping shape impactful creator strategies across fashion, lifestyle, tech, youth culture, and entertainment; bringing platform-native ideation to omnichannel go-to-market campaigns; and helping brands translate social trends into compelling creator-led strategies, activations, and commerce plays across TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and emerging platforms.
She will also work across ACC's agency collective, including DKC, MKG, Pink Sparrow, Pixly, Stripe Theory, Trailblaze, HangarFour, and Ingenuity Group to shape content direction, creative extensions, and IRL/digital experiences powered by creators.
