Leveling Up Brand Connections with a New Quests Format
With Arena Quests, brands can now sponsor real gaming moments on Discord by rewarding users for playing games within a curated selection of titles or themed bundles sponsored by the advertiser. As players participate in the Quest, they choose a game from a pre-curated list and play for a specified time. Once they have completed the Quest requirements, players earn rewards like Orbs or Discord avatar decorations. Brands naturally become part of the Quest experience by surrounding the gameplay in an authentic and engaging way.
Arena Quests are now available in Alpha testing with limited slots available for select partners.

Video Quests on Mobile introduces Discord's first mobile advertising solution, expanding reach while staying true to Discord's user-first, reward-driven approach. Unlocking cross-platform capability, Video Quests on Mobile ensure advertisers can engage their audiences across both mobile and PC experiences.
Upleveling Measurement and Attribution Tools for Advertisers
Discord is upleveling its measurement suite for advertisers, including new partnerships with AppsFlyer and Gamesight.
Discord is partnering with AppsFlyer as its first mobile measurement platform (MMP) to provide advertisers with trusted, privacy-safe campaign measurement. AppsFlyer insights can be leveraged for all Video Quests on Mobile campaigns by advertisers who use AppsFlyer.
Early results of the partnership demonstrate how the AppsFlyer integration can supercharge campaigns on Discord. Second Dinner recently ran two Video Quests on Mobile featuring fan favorites Venom, Thor, and Spider-Man facing off in a superhero battle. The second campaign leveraged AppsFlyer and Discord's player-based mobile targeting and server-to-server MMP, driving a 30% performance lift over the first Quest.

Discord and Gamesight are partnering to provide server-to-server events API integration, enabling end-to-end measurement and attribution for PC and console game publishers. The partnership provides insight into key in-game actions, including installs, logins, and purchases, directly linking them to Discord ad engagement through real-time data exchange. Gamesight third-party measurement is available for beta testing on Discord for PC and console advertisers with an existing Gamesight integration.
Quests Transform Advertising Into Meaningful Play
Discord's Quests are designed to make brands feel like they're "part of the mission" rather than an interruption, with hundreds of campaigns launched and millions of rewards claimed since launching last year in two varieties:
- Video Quests: Focused on driving awareness and consideration, this format is ideal for trailers, new season announcements, downloadable content (DLC) drops, and other video content.
- Play Quests: Designed to drive gameplay, these Quests require users to play or stream a game to unlock rewards, getting players directly into the game.
