BIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 12, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Encompass Health Corporation (NYSE: EHC) today announced it has commenced a public offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes through a re-opening of its 4.50% senior notes due 2028 and its 4.75% senior notes due 2030. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, together with cash on hand, to repay certain borrowings under its revolving credit facility and for other corporate purposes.
