Estate Auction of The Late Russell Dale Phelon

AIKEN, S.C., June 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- It was announced today that Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc. of Rockingham, N.C. will conduct the auction of the personal racing equipment for the Estate of the Late Russell Dale Phelon on July 10, 2012 at 10:00 am. The auction will include luxury and performance cars from Mr. Phelon's personal collection, such as 1969 Lola Can-Am racecar, 2010 Audi R8 and a pair of late model Chevrolet ZR1 Corvettes.  Not to mention a number of Late Model Racecars that Mr. Phelon enjoyed racing.  Also included in the auction is all the equipment one could use to compete in any racing division to date.

The auction will be held on site at Phelon Motorsports Services, LLC located at 3980 Richland Avenue West, Aiken, SC. It will also be broadcast live over the internet, for those buyers who are unable to attend in person.

Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc. and its principals are recognized on an international level for their knowledge and experience in the sale of NASCAR racing equipment. They have sold for many of the major teams since 1980 including Digard Racing, Blue Max, Black Diamond, Richard Childress Racing and Holman and Moody.
