Farmmi, Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

LISHUI, China, Feb. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Farmmi, Inc. (NASDAQ: FAMI) (the "Company"), a leading agriculture products supplier in China, today announced the closing of its initial public offering ("IPO") of 1,680,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $4.00 per share for a total of $6,720,000 in gross proceeds. In addition, Farmmi, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 252,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. This offering was conducted on a firm commitment basis. The offering closed on February 21, 2018, and shares began trading on The NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ") on February 16, 2018 under the ticker symbol "FAMI."
