AKRON, Ohio, Jan. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstEnergy Solutions, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE: FE), is now offering Pennsylvania Power (Penn Power) residential electric customers a fixed price of 6.19 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh) on electric generation until December 2012.
