Greyhound Introduces New Onboard Wi-Fi Platform And Updated Website
DALLAS, Sept. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The experience of purchasing a ticket and riding on a Greyhound bus has been made easier with the launch of its updated website and new onboard Wi-Fi platform.
Working to continually improve its customer experience, Greyhound has launched a new onboard Wi-Fi platform that allows customers to stay socially connected with ease while they travel. The new platform allows customers to browse destination content, including local tours, restaurant specials and museum tickets. Customers also can earn E-Rewards points by participating in consumer research surveys and redeem their points for hotel discounts, magazines, retail discounts and gift cards for some of the nation's leading consumer brands.
