MATAWAN, N.J., Nov. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, was honored at the annual NJBIZ awards ceremony and ranked 18^th on the list of New Jersey's 50 Fastest Growing Companies. iCIMS provides recruiting software, helping companies efficiently find, filter, and hire top talent for their organization.

On November 13^th, iCIMS attended the NJBIZ awards ceremony at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ, and was recognized as a high-growth company in New Jersey along with several other local organizations such as AmeriHealth New Jersey, Summit Medical Group, and Pinnacle Freight Systems. In order to be recognized for this award, companies must have a revenue of at least $500,000 in the fiscal years ending in 2011, 2012, and 2013, show revenue growth for the same period, and be headquartered in New Jersey. This is the sixth consecutive year that iCIMS was included on the NJBIZ 50 Fastest Growing Companies List. The company improved their ranking by 21 slots compared to last year, jumping to number 18 on the list.
