The judging consisted of various criteria, including Design, Usability, Feature Functionality, Standards Compliance, and Content. In order to win "Best in Class," the site had to meet strict guidelines in each of the five areas and receive an overall score between 480 and 500  — an achievement only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn each quarter. The iCIMS Corporate Website was highly rated in all areas of judging criteria, receiving perfect scores of 100 for both Content and Feature Functionality.

The iCIMS Corporate Website, re-launched on July 1, 2014, was redesigned to more effective usability, performance, and aesthetics.  The site was created by the iCIMS in-house User Experience/Interaction Design & Development Team, a group of 10 project managers, developers, and designers.
