JERUSALEM, May 27, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham today issued a statement about the recent shorting of Identa stock.

Mr Shoham commented, "Shares of Identa stock have been heavily shorted during the past several months hurting badly IDenta's position on the stock market. Unfortunately for our loyal shareholders, the share price in our opinion does not accurately represent the strong position of our company."
