Go Fish!
Eating fish is good for you – and the U.S. Department of Agriculture and leading nutrition researchers agree.  The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend all Americans double the amount of seafood they eat. Incorporating more seafood into your diet is an easy way to eat right, and Gourmet Selects™ Sardines are a convenient way to reap the benefits of seafood. Sardines are a naturally plentiful source of protein that are low in saturated fat and cholesterol, while still being nutrient-rich and an excellent source of Calcium, Omega-3 fatty acids , Selenium and vitamins E, D and B. Seafood is also good for your heart—research has shown that people who eat at least two servings of seafood a week have lower rates of heart disease than those who eat less.
