ITC Schedules Third Quarter 2010 Earnings Release and Webcast of Quarterly Earnings Call

NOVI, Mich., Oct. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) today announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010, after the market closes on October 27, 2010.  

In addition, ITC will conduct a conference call to discuss the third quarter earnings results at 11:00 a.m. ET Thursday, October 28, 2010.  Joseph L. Welch, chairman, president and CEO, will provide a business overview, and Cameron M. Bready, senior vice president, treasurer and CFO, will discuss the financial results.
