Jacobs Completes Acquisition of KeyW

DALLAS, June 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Jacobs (NYSE:JEC) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of KeyW. The transaction further positions Jacobs as a leader in high-value Government Services, and allows Jacobs' Aerospace, Technology and Nuclear (ATN) business to further advance its strategy of delivering innovative and unique mission-oriented solutions for highly technical and high-consequence government priorities.
