The evening at Roseview Farm brought this philosophy to life. Set against the rolling hills of the Hudson Valley, guests gathered for cocktails in the courtyard before moving into the estate's historic horse stable, transformed into a candlelit dining space adorned with fall florals by Millbrook residents Anthony Bellomo of Orangerie Home & Garden and tableware by Christopher Spitzmiller. The menu was created by Eliza Glaister, with a custom cake by Elizabeth Mayhew.
