POMPANO BEACH, Fla., April 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing to build on its impressive development year-to-date, K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel has secured a major multi-unit agreement to bring 13 locations to Florida. The deal is with the brand's largest group of franchisees, Luxury Pet Hotel Investments, LLC (LPHI). As the pet industry continues to explode, with $152B spent on pets last year, both aspiring and existing entrepreneurs are taking note and showing interest in the award-winning pet boarding and daycare brand's franchise opportunity.

Two locations within this agreement, Wellington and Pompano Beach, are already open to the public. Looking ahead, LPHI is targeting desirable development markets for the remaining 11 resorts, including Fort Lauderdale and Miami, and expect the next location to open in 2026.
