LoCascio, one of the longest standing Founder/CEOs in technology, received the SmartCEO Circle of Excellence Award in Technology, and accepted his award among fellow CEOs from high growth start-ups to established leaders across industries. The Circle of Excellence program recognizes New York's most accomplished business leaders for their industry impact and market leadership. Winners are selected by an independent committee of local business leaders.

LivePerson was also recognized by SmartCEO Magazine for its distinct culture of "creating meaningful connections" and received a SmartCEO Corporate Culture Award. The program honors companies that foster a creative and collaborative workplace, aimed at enhancing performance and maintaining a competitive edge to attract top talent. Elements of the company's culture that were celebrated include its flexible and connection-based workspace, in-office exercise classes at the company gym, bonus time off in the Summer, and its unique style of running meetings, which is outlined in its "Meeting in a Meaningful Way" booklet (available for download).

LivePerson closed out the awards season by winning a coveted spot on Crain's NY Best Places to Work list out of the thousands of businesses in the New York area, across all industries. The top 100 are chosen after an exhaustive evaluation of the companies' benefits, HR and culture programs, as well as an anonymous employee survey that profiled overall satisfaction and work-life balance. LivePerson also received special recognition by Crain's for its onboarding program, Inspire, which was one of only eight finalists for Crain's 2015 Best Idea Award. Inspire is a unique program that focuses on immersing new employees to the company's distinct culture by fostering meaningful connections between individuals across functions.
