(NASDAQ: LPSN) will be hosting a global customer summit, Aspire 2011, beginning on October 24th through the 26th in New York City.  Hundreds of customer engagement professionals from leading global brands will be joined by culture and thought leaders to share best practices and to experience the latest innovations in intelligent consumer engagement.
