Lytx Brings DriveCam Program to National Truck Driving Championships

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lytx, Inc. (formerly DriveCam Inc.), a global leader in delivering video-based driver safety and compliance solutions, announced today that it is a sponsor of the National Truck Driving Championships, which will take place on Aug. 14-16 at the David Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA.  More than 400 top professional truck drivers from across the country are entered in the 77th annual "Super Bowl of Safety," the 2014 National Truck Driving Championships and National Step Van Driving Championships, hosted by American Trucking Associations. All competition vehicles will be outfitted with the company's  DriveCam powered by Lytx^™  technology -- specifically modified for competition purposes – to capture positive driving behaviors during the event.

The championships include top professional truck drivers from around the United States who have competed at company, state and regional levels to make it to the national competition. The NTDC annually attracts over 2,000 cheering friends, family, colleagues and spectators.
