Match Group Hires Jared Sine as General Counsel and Secretary
NEW YORK, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Match Group, Inc. (NASD: MTCH), has hired Jared Sine as General Counsel and Secretary. Sine joins Match Group from Expedia, Inc., where he served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, overseeing all legal aspects of Expedia's mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives, as well as all post-acquisition legal and integration matters.
As General Counsel and Secretary, Sine will lead the Match Group legal team. Sine started on July 5th and is working out of the Dallas office.

(NASDAQ: EXPE) where, as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, he led deal teams responsible for transactions with an aggregate value of over $8 billion, including the acquisitions of HomeAway, Orbitz, Travelocity and a majority stake in trivago, as well as the divestiture of Expedia's majority stake in eLong.
Sine began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and later joined Latham & Watkins, where he advised leading Fortune 500 Companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. He holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and California.
