MHA Acquired by Roper Industries

FLORHAM PARK, N.J., May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. ("MHA"), a leading health care services and technology company focused on alternate site providers, is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Roper Industries.  Roper Industries is a diversified growth company and is a constituent of the S&P 500, Fortune 1000, and the Russell 1000 indices. 

Going forward, the company will be led by Michael J. Sicilian who has served as MHA's President since 2007.  Douglas Present, MHA's CEO for the past 11 years, will be stepping down as CEO upon the close of this transaction.  He will remain a consultant to the company through the remainder of the year.
