Nordstrom Rack to Open at Cascade Plaza in Tigard, Oregon

SEATTLE, Dec. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- A new Nordstrom Rack is scheduled to open fall 2011 at Cascade Plaza in Tigard, Ore., Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced today.

The 45,000 square-foot store will be centrally located in one of the most vibrant shopping locations in the Portland area, easily accessible from Highway 217 and about a mile from the Nordstrom Washington Square full-line store. The new store will further strengthen the Nordstrom Rack presence in the area, joining the Tanasbourne, Clackamas and downtown Portland Rack stores.

Cascade Plaza is a mixed-use center that includes 130,000 square-feet of retail space and 200,000 square-feet of office space. The center's retail mix also includes David's Bridal, Burlington Coat Factory, Ross and Best Buy. Cascade Plaza is owned and operated by Harsch Investment Properties.
