Pye-Barker Fire & Safety Acquires High-Tech Fire Protection Leader, Mitec
ALPHARETTA, Ga., Oct. 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Pye-Barker Fire & Safety ("Pye-Barker Fire") is proud to announce that it has acquired Mitec, an innovative fire and property protection company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The purchase will allow Pye-Barker Fire to better serve Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, and North Carolina markets while adding a new presence in Alabama and Dallas, Texas.
Founded in 1989, Mitec's highly trained personnel use advanced technology to inspect more than one million devices every year — all while guaranteeing superior service and results. Mitec had 140 employees at the time of the closing.
