REC Warehouse in Concord to Auction All Inventory and Real Estate
ROCKINGHAM, N.C., Sept. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- It was announced today that REC Warehouse of Concord, one of the largest marketers of spas, pool tables, patio furniture and above-ground pools in the area, is closing and will be selling all assets at Absolute Public Auction. The REC Warehouse Retail Real Estate Facility will be offered, which consists of a 16,552 sq/ft free-standing, modern building at Concord Mills. The real estate will be offered subject to the owners conformation. The store is located at 7945 NW Lyles Lane in Concord, NC, off of Interstate 85 at Concord Mills. The auction will include the Retail Building and all new inventory and equipment in the store. This auction does not affect the continuing operation of REC Warehouse.
Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc. of Rockingham, N.C. has been commissioned to conduct the auction, which will take place on Thursday, October 6th starting at 12:00 p.m. for the Real Estate and at 3:00 pm for the Inventory.
